The Rosewood story started in 1979 when a memorable house in Dallas, Texas was changed into an acclaimed, world-class eatery and lodging – The Mansion on Turtle Creek – whose achievement was the outline for all resulting Rosewood inns and resorts.
The aspiration was to make an unmistakable accumulation of lavish, private style inns: every property would convey a stand-out feeling and style, in which area, society, history and topography would turn out to be a piece of the fabric of the lodging.
